My room was very comfortable and breakfast was awesome set up was so clean.
The front desk clerks was so helpful and friendly. They ladies that prepared breakfast was awesome clean and friendly. GREAT STAFF.
Overpaid
My family visited the hotel at the same time and reserved a room within days of each other. They were charged ~$150 yet I was charged over $200but did receive a Vet Discount. I was extremely disappointed in the amount I was charged at this facility. The only reason I was I Birmingham was to attend the funeral of my Sister In Law and to be overcharged is disgusting.

Room was not cleaned. Had to ask front desk for clean towels.

Very good experience at this pet friendly location. Clean, great personable staff, free tea coffee bar 24/7, breakfast included wide variety, pet friendly room was clean. The room had all linoleum floors as was ADA room. Comfy clean king bed. Safe well lit areas in grass for walking dog for breaks. Competitive pricing.
