Discrepancy with the bill.
Hotel was good but the bill was incorrect. We had small first floor room, next to the laundry room. The hotel clerk said our bill would be $166 per night. We billed directly with the hotel phone number.

We had stayed here before and were quite pleased in all respects and thus chose to again use the Hampton Inn Boston - Norwood on our next visit. We were not disappointed. Our room was clean and quiet and the staff was both helpful and most pleasant. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Hampton Inn is usually one of my go to places however this was very disappointing. the hallways and elevator were trash almost. room cleanliness in general was OK but not great.
The staff was very nice and polite but there really wasn't much they could do about it.

For starters the room we reserved was not the room we received. We were told that Travelocity bookings only guarantee a room, not the room you booked. The staff did nothing but say sorry and left it at that. Our room was cleaned during our stay.
We did enjoy our breakfast each morning.

Easy access, literally the other side of the parking lot, to restaurants. Hotel was clean, fine and got the job done. Nothing special but beds were comfy. Unfortunately wasn’t able to stay for breakfast but looked like it would have been nice

It was great, just what I expected. Stayed one night and it was clean, modernized enough, I felt safe, and breakfast was good! Solid hotel with kind staff.
