Nor bad but has issues.
The hotel is clean, but pretty outdated and requires some repairs. Overall, it is an okay hotel.
Acceptable
This hotel is fine if you have an event in the area. Many teams stay here. Internet was spotty at best. Had to have technician come to make TV work. Bed was very comfortable. For the price, some bathroom amenities could be provided. Liked the free breakfast.
My Stay
The room was nice but no clock in the room at all. And real soap is better than liquid soap.
I have grown to love this place!
I have stayed at the Hampton Inn Boston Norwood several times now. Has become my home away from home! They are very pet friendly with a wonderful outdoor area out back for your animals. Breakfasts are great. Staff so friendly. They are very accommodating with last minute booking needs. I would highly recommend!

Wonderful Staff
Perhaps the most difficult time in modern society is when you have to work while most everyone else doesn’t. We stayed here two years ago and if I live long enough, we’ll stay here two years from now. The staff working was helpful. They had to work but they greeted us warmly and positively. Our children do not have enough room for us to stay with them so this becomes home for a few days. I am grateful to the staff of this hotel.

There was some dirt on my bottom sheet. There was no top sheet and a very light blanket, which did not keep me warm enough. There were no other blankets in the room. The shower had 3 streams of water, which I tried to fix and turned into 1 stream of water coming out. It took about 20-25 minutes before they could find someone to fix it or decide to let me use another room. A manager was texted about the problem, but did not respond. I have stayed at this Hampton Inn many times before and have always had an excellent experience. This was not good!
