When we first arrived there was no Air condition. It was so hot in the hotel that the workers were sweating. The first room they put us in smelled so bad of mildew. Then I asked to switch rooms because my son if very allergic to things like that. They did give us a different room as soon as they could. The pool was closed the whole time we stayed here. Which stunk because it was over 90°. The only good thing was the restaurant that is very close Smokey Bones! I’m not sure if I would stay here again.

I book through Expedua but I check the apps or website of the hotel I'm interested in booking. There was NO mention/notice that the pool was down. They didn't even have it posted at the front desk. I got there late at night so I was too tired to ask about the pool. It was the middle of a heatwave 100°+!! Never of booked since they said the pool had been down for 6 weeks!! DISAPPOINTING!! I deserve and expect to be refunded for the 2 nights i had to check out early!

First, the tub had mold all around the tub.
Second, the rooms were very dusty
Third telephone in the room and the pool didn’t work so when I was trying to call my party, I couldn’t call because the phone didn’t work and I was told that the pool will not be working until next week. The pillow cases look like some thing brown on it. I’m not sure what it was but it didn’t know did not look presentable
Last but not least the oatmeal on the menu would roar it looks like you just threw some water in the oatmeal and served it.
