Poor Services
For the amount Hampton Inn and Suites charges, there should be at least complimentary bottled water the first day guests check in. I needed my room to be cleaned, one of the room services staff stated, my room was not on the list of rooms to be cleaned. I went downstairs to the front desk for clarification and the lady there said, cleaning the room is every other day. This is ridiculous. The shower gel bottle was also empty. Overall, this was an awful experience. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone and I will discourage anyone that I know from booking this hotel.
Clean suite; Quiet; staff pleasant, professional and efficient.
Overall, we would not hesitate to stay at Hampton Inn again. Accommodation on first floor for my handicapper husband was most appreciated. Thank you.

From the minute we walked in the staff were welcoming, so accommodating and just felt at home. Unusual in most hotels. Recommend it for stress free stay.
