One of the reasons we chose the hotel was because they said they had a pool.
Their pool was closed. Would have been nice if they said in their ad.

The staff was nice especially the woman who checked us in. She gets five stars. Food wasn’t great but not terrible. However ninety percent of the outlets in our room didn’t work, the mini fridge rocked every time we opened it as if it would fall out, the door looked like someone tried to break in (prior to our visit, not during) we had family on the same floor and they had similar experiences. One room the door wouldn’t shut without having to practically slam it. Drawers sliding open on their own, toilet paper holder was broken (at least they had one because we did not) luckily we were only in town for a wedding because we won’t be back to stay again. Never had a Hampton in that kind of condition

The elevator was dirty and the button lights didn’t work.
The hallway walls across from the elevator on all floors needed repairs.
My room had no shampoo, conditioner, and soap.
My room also had a broken bathroom faucet and the tub had mold in it.
