We were warmly welcomed by Alex when we checked in. He was efficient and very personable! Just the way the front desk has been trained to help.
Great Customer Service and a very pleasant room
The person working at the front desk was informative and gracious as I checked in and the room was clean and comfortable. This is a great location with access to a variety of restaurants, shops and businesses in the Buffalo area.

Everything about my stay was great, especially the friendliness of staff. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable with microwave, fridge and coffeemaker. The Jacuzzi was a bonus as well. Warm breakfast buffets were also very good, with abundant coffee 24 hours/day!
