When guests are staying more than a night, front desk needs to inform the guests to the fact that rooms will only be serviced every other day. Update your website to that fact also.
Bathroom had steam possibly mold damage above the toilet at the ceiling. Also tiles where they come up the wall were coming loose in the bathroom.
Carpet was not vacuumed very well upon our arrival to the room.
Provided breakfast was found to be sufficient & varied over the 5 days of our stay.
Staff could be more pleasant in the hallways & at front desk.
Unsure this location is up to the Hilton standards.

Our room was clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast was well stocked with a good variety. Our airport shuttle was very helpful and Lee got us there on time. David at front desk was courteous and friendly.

I learned a lesson with this property. Everything was fine with the property itself but I made the reservation wo realizing that the shuttle was not available until after 6 am and of course there wasn't anything available for a light breakfast. Staff was very friendly.

Pretty run down hotel. Staff that we interacted with were great, but everything else was mediocre. Didn’t feel super clean and there were some little things (shower didn’t get hot, stains on furniture, breakfast wasn’t just ok).

Pool had thermostat issues but we were able to swim next door. Very good breakfast. Lots of close dinner options (not walkable). Very comfy beds.
