Fast easy check-in and check-out. Needed help with the air conditioning, front desk staff was very patient and helpful. Very good breakfast with a lot of choices. Nice grounds. Close to several choices for food.

There was an issue with my booking on hotels.com end (my receipt and their records showed I booked and paid for 3 rooms, but the hotel only had 2 rooms on their reservation from hotels.com) and the front desk was amazing helping me get my issue resolved.
