Brandon was pleasant, as he always is. Our room was clean and tidy, Kayla was pleasant and a pleasure to communicate with, she replaced our key for us and was very engaging. The Hampton Inn at southridge in South Charleston West Virginia is our go to location when visiting home, we always have a pleasant experience. Keep up the good work.
