The professionalism of the clerks Everything was nice and clean from the parking lot to everything inside.

We have a gig in Compton every year and we're proud to reserve this hotel for our services.

This stay was OK. We have stay at this hotel on many occasions and I feel it is time to maybe do some renovations.

The staff blocked our room keys one night, which caused a very frustrating situation. I was responding to a barking complaint from other guests and was trying to get back to the room as quickly as possible to check on my dogs and address the issue. However, when I arrived, my keys would not work because they had been deactivated. This delayed my ability to resolve the complaint and created unnecessary stress during an already urgent situation. I understand that hotels may have policies regarding room access, but disabling our keys without prior notice felt inappropriate and unprofessional. I was actively trying to do my part to address the concern, and this action only made the situation more difficult. I would appreciate an explanation as to why our keys were blocked and why we were not informed beforehand but when I asked the receptionist said she didn’t why.
