Comfortable place to stay
The sign in process was easy. the room was clean and comfortable. breakfast was easy and had many choices. check out was easy and staff courteous!

Spent one night.
The breakfast was OK. The pancakes were hard around the edges and the sausage had no flavor. Our first room had cockroaches and the second one had feces on the toilet seat. Otherwise, the room was average, but clean.

We had a double queen room. I use a walker to move about and I am not tall. I could not get into the bed without help. The beds are too tall for short people. Also I had to walk sideways with the walker to get into the bathroom, very tight space.

I always stay at a Hampton Inn whenever I travel if it's available. This Hampton Inn however was different.
All of the staff were excellent..very nice and helpful. No issues there.
The hotel itself seems really dated...and the bed was not very comfortable.
Although it was no fault of the Hampton Inn, the noise level at this hotel is insane. Motorcycles, semis with Jake brakes, kids yelling, marijuana smell on the 2nd floor....it was crazy, and made for a horrible night of sleep.
The breakfast was good and the coffee was good....but if you need a good night's sleep, I would look elsewhere.

Your desk clerk, Matt, was top notch! So polite and friendly..room was just ok.. breakfast was ok.. I’m sorry to say that Hampton Inn isn’t as classy as they used to be. They’re all a bit rundown. We used to look forward to walking in the lobby and smelling the cookies baking. Haven’t seen that in a while. Hilton needs to upgrade the Hampton Inns.
