The limited staff (skeleton crew) was as helpful as they could be, but the property is in rough shape. Elevator didn’t work. Doors wouldn’t open even after the key card unlocked the latch. Not the Hampton standard we’re used to.

Room was damp. upholstery was stained. floor tiles in the bathroom were loose. The pool was closed for remodeling, which was a big inconvenience with a six year old. Had counted on the pool after a long day of travel. Expedia advertised with pool! Breakfast was good and staff was nice.
