First flow Men's bathroom had three sink. One didn't work at all, one only soap dispenser but no running water and the other has the faucet working but no soap.. More importantly, the WiFi was out for 22 of our 24 hour stay. The place felt second rate.

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn Deerfield Beach, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was in an unacceptable condition—there were roaches and giant water bugs all over the room, the towels provided were visibly moldy, there were sharp staples outside my room that housekeeping never cleaned since the day I got there, and the icing on the cake was that I woke up with Bedbug bites on my legs.
When I brought this to the attention of the front desk, the response was dismissive and unhelpful. He told me “it happens that way sometimes.” There was no real effort to resolve the situation or accommodate the inconvenience.

I don't know her name but the woman at the front desk during my stay was extremely helpful! I needed help with my accessible shower and she quickly and cheerfully arrived at my room and fixed it
