Clean room. Friendly staff. Very good quality breakfast considering the usual spectrum of "breakfast included" across different hotels. One elevator was out of order which slowed things down a lot but these things happen.

Hotel lobby and surrounding areas were clean and aesthetically pleasing. Our room was perfect - we upgraded for a larger space and it was well worth the upcharge. Room was quiet and the furnishings looked good. The hotel is a few blocks away from the 16th Street Mall - a great area to walk around and visit shops, restaurants, and ice cream parlors. Union Station is about a 20 minute walk through this mall.

The staff went above and beyond. I got sick with a throat infection and I need salt to gargle and I asked my husband to ask them if by any chance they had some salt. The staff at 1 am went out of his way to get me packets.
They had issues with the ac at the lobby but they kept positive. I needed anything and they took care of it. I would definitely stay there again!

Disappointed there was no hot tub but the pool was nice

Room was good, we had booked a suite but was not able to get due to air conditioner not working, staff was great very nice, breakfast was good, and parking was good too.

Great location, a few blocks to shopping. And Dining. Has a great breakfast.
Can walk to coors stadium.
Only one elevator working. Air on first floor was out at the time. The pool is in the basement, it had way too much chemical. Was burning our eyes. Had to flush them at the sink. Another person in the pool said the same thing. Don't go under the water your eyes will burn.
Would stay here again if in the area.

The only downside here is the single elevator. They are finally working on the other elevator so hopefully that will be done soon (Its been down like 4 years)

I like the breakfast and ice water and apples in the dining area, and the ice-cream in the vending area,
The problem was that one of the two elevators did not work, and it was under repairs during my stay of 4 days.
