Breakfast was mediocre at best. No ice or juice. Bread/pastries were old and stale. Room was clean enough. This was a quick place to crash for the night and fine for that purpose but I would jave been disappointed if we were there longer than to sleep. Too many other options in the area that are better choices

We had a good stay, but our room was only tidied up once during our 4-day stay. I asked the front desk to make sure our room was cleaned on one of the days and it never got touched, except to remove our trash but the liners weren't replaced. I had to go and get liners from the front desk. Also, one day we had to leave by 6:10 am and the breakfast wasn't opened yet, which was disappointing since we specifically chose a hotel that served breakfast.

The room was great, breakfast was outstanding, however, without Steve the associate who checked me in & who set the standard for service & my expectations!! This type of service should be emulated by other’s worldwide!!!
