Would book again staff accommodating. Excellent breakfast served in a clean appetizing environment.

My room was comfortable with fairly adequate lighting and cleaning service every other day. The breakfast was as you'd expect: hot trays with eggs, etc., waffle irons and some cold items. The people at the front desk were friendly. Parker Road, a major business street, is a short distance away and leads shortly to an Interstate highway.

Most reviews are about the cleanliness. This hotel was extremely clean, however I’m going to talk about something different. One morning a man very abruptly, walked in to the lobby area and up to the front desk. He claimed he was a DoorDash driver. He said that he had a delivery for somebody staying in the hotel. He was insisting on the front desk tenant Alex to give him to the stairwell. Alex refused and said no you cannot go up to the rooms for the safety of our customers. The man became extremely irate yelling and screaming and cursing at Alex. At no point did Alex lose his Cool or his professionalism. Instead he just said you’re going to have to give me the name and room number or call and text the customer yourself, but you are not going up to the room for the safety of our customers. The man started yelling and screaming again not giving the name or room number of the person he had a delivery for. Alex said once again said said you can give me the name and room number, or call text yourself, but you will not goto the room yourself self. Eventually, after several minutes of him yelling and screaming, he gave Alex the room number. Alex called the room, the client answered right away and said they would be down. I can’t say enough at how much Alex repeated that for the safety of the clients in the hotel, he was not going to allow him to go upstairs As a single woman in her mid 50s traveling alone, I greatly appreciate Alex not only for protecting his client, but for doing it in a manner that was calm, cool and professional. I will stay here again every time I visit my cousin and Parker. Great job Alex.

The overall feel of the hotel was old. The hallway carpet on my floor was old and dirty and smelled. The elevator was not clean. There was one male staff member that was very rude. Will not be staying here again.

Nice hotel but had to change keys and switch room twice while trying to catch end of sports game

The property overall was great, the staff was very friendly, accommodating and welcoming and the room was very nice, up to date and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The only real disappointment was the hot tub, it was lukewarm at best. The water coming into the hot tub was quite chilly. We were looking forward to a relaxing soak in the hot tub after a long day of being outside in the sun so it was disappointing!
