Nice and clean hotel with friendly helpful staff.

Lori at the front desk proved an experience that exceeded my expectations. She made every effort to make my experience great. Her kindness was so comforting after a five hour drive.

Every thing was in good condition and spent time with my family.

Big rooms, comfortable beds, good quality toiletries, nice breakfast with multiple options including gluten free. Free coffee all day and yummy fresh baked cookies starting in the afternoon. Recommend!

I had very disappointing experience at this hotel and would not recommend staying here.when I checked into my room, I found blood on the bed sheets,which was completely unacceptable and raised serious concerns about the cleanliness of the room.the complimentary breakfast was also poor,with limited options and low quality food.what made the experience even more frustrating was how the situation was handled.the manager apologized and promised to compensate me for the room because of the condition of the accommodation. However, after I checked out that promise was never honored,Despite their assurance,I never received the compensation they said they would provide. It’s one thing for a hotel to make a mistake,but it’s another to fail to follow through on a commitment to make it right. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Hampton Inn Danville staff made our stay easy and pleasant. The front desk staff were responsive and the woman in charge of breakfast kept things stocked and was also responsive. It was close to Knoebels (15 min drive) and parking was free. The room was fine (had all the things a room needs) but felt dark and outdated. The beds and pillows were comfortable enough and the TV functioned fine. AC was strong and cold. The pool looked nice but we were too tired to jump in by the end of the day. It was good for the price. The ice machine outside our room leaked into the carpet and soaked it in the hallway. The hotel is located down a side road past a gas station and pay to park trucker lot (out of sight/ off the beaten path). The outside landscaping, sign, and facade was rundown. This is not a new hotel but did what it was supposed to do for the price. Aside from the infrastructure the personnel and experience were good.

The breakfast buffet was well taken care of, the pull out was broken in our room but they made appropriate accommodations.

Breakfast room too small, and the pool was closed.
