We stayed five nights. Our room was on the 3rd floor. Bed was bad. We woke up with our backs hurting every morning. There was construction going on the roof starting at 8:30 every morning. Pounding so loud you could hardly talk. We were there for a funeral so this was not very comforting! The floor had cords stretched all over. We could hardly get our baggage cart over them. The floor in the hall was dirty and not vacuumed the whole time we were there. Naturally we ask for a concession. We were told that since our booking was through Expedia they were unable to give us anything. We don't know how that happened because we booked by calling the hotel direct! There were a lot of sports teams and fans in the hotel which was fin as we love sports. However, on the last morning when we went dow for breakfast it was an absolute mess on the waffle bar, no bread, no milk, no fruit. And no one came to clean it up or restock the whole time we were there. Needless to stay this was our last stay with Hampton Inn!

Have stayed at this hotel before and had no negative experience.

When I arrived at the property, there were three or four employees smoking just outside the front door. There were a few insects noted on the floor just inside the door of my room and hairs not belonging to me in the shower . The mattress protector was ripped which prevents it from doing its job. When positive item was the young man at the desk was extremely kind and professional. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

We tried to check In early but were told there would be a charge of $25 or $50 depending on the time I have never had this happen. Was told that Hilton honor members can check in early but I couldn’t even though I was a member because I booked through hotels.com. This put me off. But besides that the hotel was fine. Rooms looked recently remodeled. Breakfast was the typical substandard hotel breakfast. Not very good but I guess it’s free
