Excellent Hotel & Staff
A great room, clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good and this location was great. What I found in addition to this was bar none an excellent staff!

It started out with no cart to carry our luggage to the fourth floor. We're older and weren't about to carry everything. Long story to fit in this box. No place to hang towels, no grip for the tub (could only get a towel), no drawers anywhere and when I received my receipt it was my name and another address from Nevada. I will say that the beds were comfortable.
I think we'll choose somewhere else next time that we visit our family.

The staff was very friendly and understanding. Being visually impaired the rooms need to be better lit...could use more lights in the room.
There was someone in the room next to us with a dog that was barking a lot therefore made it hard to sleep well.

There were a few cleanliness issues with my room. The remote was sticky and there was hair in the bathroom. The biggest issue was the smoke detector in my room 125, was missing and only wires were hanging from the ceiling. I’ve know others who have stayed here with no issue but if I’m back in the area I will try a different hotel.
