Tabitha at the check in desk was exceptional. She was friendly, helpful and very welcoming. Gave me excellent advice on airport parking and when I should arrive for my flight. Whatever you’re paying her, it’s not enough and she should train new employees on customer service.
Safe, clean, convenient!
I chose this hotel due to the free shuttle to and from a hobby airport. I was worried about safety at this hotel. No need for concern… It was in a decent area, very safe, very clean, friendly staff. I will be using this hotel as my go to spot in Houston. The shuttle service was actually them ordering me a Lyft. This hotel gets five stars from me! I will be back.

The only issue I had was my AC nit was noisy I mean extremely so. It did not function well, just as soon as it would shut off it would come right back on. I had a enjoyable stay otherwise...
