David is amazing!
Upon arrival there was a small issue with our room but David the front desk clerk was absolutely phenomenal. I have stayed at beautiful resorts and not received the customer service I did from David. He is absolute class. He even printed the information for us to get a toll tag since our son’s tournament was at the Berry Center! Thank you David. You rock!

Our stay at the facility was a great location, clean, quiet, great service when needed, great breakfast every morning, Tammi was assistance everyday she worked. Family enjoyed the stay!

The room was very nice and the front desk staff were helpful. My only discrepancy is the water was not hot at all. It definitely put a damper on my stay but other than that, things were fine.

breakfast was really good. also, they put the bathroom towels on shelves above the counter and not directly over the commode like most hotels do. there was only a shower, no tub. staff was super nice. good location. good lighting in the room as well as plenty of places to charge your phone and other devices.

The room was incredibly musty smelling, causing all of my clothes and belongings to smell musty. The bed was incredibly hard. The staff were really nice though.
