Such a great staff! I didn't catch their name, but the brunette woman who checked us in was on point with hospitality at every turn. Down to water bottles for the rooms at night when asked. Great staff, great stay!

My car ended up breaking down and I wasn’t able to make my trip. I even sent pictures of my car loaded on the tow truck and I let them know 3 hours after booking and they still wouldn’t give me a refund. I won’t stay with chain anymore.
