For once there were enough plugs that were conveniently placed and sufficient for the many things that need to be charged these days. I really appreciated that.

Clean room, some construction in common areas but still clean. Staff friendly and helpful. No problem parking and breakfast was good

The property was under renovation & smelled like it. The toilet had not been cleaned and had something brown on the inside. The tub was missing the body wash container. The TV channel pixelated. But the worst was the guests who checked in the room beside me and accross from me were together and were back and forth and loud and stomping around until 3 am!

Our room was good and quite. Shower was amazing and we really enjoyed the continental breakfast.

Super clean, nice people, and meet all our expectations. This hotel is a good place to stop.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean! Great job done by the cleaning staff!

Under renovation, they still keep it clean and the breakfast on time. Easy access to a dozen food places. Dead quiet to sleep.

late evening travel spot, all was good

I had a reservation for this location. I paid 185.00 plus tax for a room that the bed sheets had stains, I could not turn off the air because of a missing wall thermostat. Called the front desk, was told they were full and had no other vacant rooms. The hotel is under going construction, on top of that was missing buttons on the elevator, we got stuck on the elevator, the in door pool was not accessible, hampton inn suggested that i take my four grandchildren across the street let them swim there and then go back across the street with as cold as the weather is. The breakfast was not even worth advertising, no eggs, no bacon just bagel, waffle premade omlets, that looked very hard and old. If i would have been informed of all of these thing's i would have never stayed. I have stayed at the sable on the navy pier in chicago and this is what i paid 180.00 for there excellent service, clean environment, classy and had access to all the amenities. This was like staying in the hood, ran down and unprofessional.
