Enjoyed our stay and would stay at this Hampton Inn again.

The front desk area and adjacent rooms were under construction. There was only one working elevator and it was creaking and whining which was very scary. The room that we stayed in was in serious need of a makeover. The little refrigerator was not working and was in need of replacement as it was scratched and dinged up. The cover for the comforter on the beds were worn out and had threads hanging off. It was also very scratchy and rough. The carpet was worn in many areas and there was food left by the beds. The bathroom vanity was scratched and dinged up badly and the tile was cracked as well. The room also smelled musty as well. The pool area was okay but there were not any towels as was stated to us. The breakfast was good with plenty of options. I would not stay here again unless there was a serious renovation.

Awful experience, we booked this hotel because it looked clean, breakfast included, and a nice pool. When we got there half of the walls and hotel was covered to construction, and the pool was down the entire week we stayed. Breakfast was minimal and the ham was just warmed up lunchmeat. We were so disappointed, my kids hated going back there every night. The floors in the room were also FILTHY and sticky, so we had to go buy our family of 5 slippers to wear in the room. So terribly disappointed.

During our stay, sections were closed off due to construction. Booked the hotel for the children to use the pool, pool was closed. Could not find a different hotel to stay at. No offer for adjustment of cost due to the conditions

Clean and quiet with basic amenities for a short stay.

Room was nice

Typical mid range-ac was not cold at all-which is a big minus for us.

Breakfast was fine, parking easy, safe place. My bedroom was flooded by the upstairs unit and they need to move me to another apartment.

This hotel was well below our expectations. It makes an impression when the elevator doesn’t work, 2 of our 4 day stay the breakfast didn’t include eggs. Our room needs a handyman, floor tile loose in the bath, carpet patched together, and shower floor looked dirty but it was stains (still not a good feeling when you have to determine if the bath floor and shower are dirty or stained). Hilton…you need to get your act together. We paid over $1k for 4 days and it felt like we were camping and working around what was lacking. This is not the first time Hilton has disappointed. No more Hilton stays for us. The Hilton name is not synonymous with quality - AT ALL.
