Even though I was notified 1 day earlier that there was no hot water, they didn’t even bother to transfer me to a different baymont nor charge a little cheaper. The hotel does not look nothing like the pictures they post on line. The staff was great and friendly. Would not stay here again.

Good breakfast but they had no hot water and didn't notify me until I was already walking in to check in. Also booked a king room and they gave me double beds instead.

The elevator was out on the property and they had no ice for the property all the ice machines were down not looking like any of them were ever going to be fixed

This was terrible. Front desk person very nice but room was awful no hot water, bed had not been cleaned and black hair all in bed, small hole in wall and ice machine did not work

Not necessarily their fault but a water line busted earlier in the day so they didn’t have hot water that night. I was not notified until check in.
