Everything you want in an overnight stay
The room was immaculate. The furnishings were in great condition. Staff at the desk was very personable and informative. Breakfast was great.

When you have support dogs as a veteran they work at a accommodations to make stay very welcomed.
Convenient location
Good location when traveling on 81 and 77. Room was clean. All the staff were very friendly and the price was reasonable. Would stay again.

Lady at front desk was super nice. Wish I had asked for her name. Booked through Expedia and it listed a sofa bed which we needed with 5 people in our room. No sofa bed. Was told they don’t have any rooms with a sofa but there was a roll away cart. Was maybe from 1976. Haha
Shower curtain was dirty. Hair on the bottles that hangin the shower. Carpet always seemed to have a sticky wet feel in the room. I feel like these are minor things and can easily be fixed. A clean shower curtain and removing hair would make anyone feel like they tried. Overall it was average. Beds were comfortable.

Had 2 rooms both of which were uninhabitable and had to be changed. One had oil dripping down the door and blood on the wall. The other had loose hardware on the door preventing it from locking. All these should have been obvious to the staff. Worse hotel experience I've ever had
