Hampton Inn, Martinsburg, is easy find and get to from the interstate and town. The parking area is clean with plenty of easily accessed spaces. I like the covered drop off area at the front door and the handy, self serve luggage carts in the foyer. Every interior space that I used was spotless. Each receptionist that I dealt with was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. My room was bright and very clean. The bed was comfy and cozy. I really like the uplifting quote inside the bathroom door! The bathroom soaps and lotions were handy, well stocked and of good quality. The breakfast was hot and good with multiple options and the eating area was spacious and clean. I had no trouble maneuvering my elderly mother throughout every part of the hotel. I found the room charges very affordable. I will always choose to stay here when visiting Martinsburg!

Room was clean. Shower enclosure was a bit awkard because you couldn't reach the controls without getting wetwith cold water.

Our stay was very pleasant and relaxing. Check in was easy and quick.

It was an excellent comfortable stay and the staff was very accommodating and courteous.

The toilet tank was cracked,I was told there was a work order for it.The only day the cafe was stocked properly was Saturday and Sunday.When my wife asked for a tray she was told they weren’t allowed to give them to guests.Not a good experience,next trip to that area we will stay somewhere else.
