Fantastic experience, I will stay again👍♥️🙏

I got to the hotel for my check in 10 minutes till three. It was a quarter after four almost before I finally got in my room. The girl at the front desk said that my confirmation number that was emailed to me and texted to me I guess from a second party, Wasn’t the confirmation number that she needed and she treated me like I had done something wrong after contacting the Hilton number three times. I finally got a room right down the hall from the front desk across the hall from the Maid’s storage room where they were in and out and in and out and pushing a button keypad. All in all the stay was average, but something needs to be done about club members or any guests renting rooms over the Internet and being sent to third party people. This should’ve been able to have been rectified very quickly with my confirmation email and text to top it off. I wasn’t offered anything for my time. A number of friends who I’ve spoken to have said that I should’ve at least been given a free night or something. Please fix this.

The staff was very friendly and so helpful! Very clean room and hotel. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

Enjoyable Stay! Wonderful Staff!

Floor in room entranceway and bathroom had a soap like scum that was slippery. Lavatory appeared to be separating from the wall and the toilet would not remain in the upright position.

Entire staff was helpful and nice.

Clean, nice area, convenient Valeria was so helpful and nice.

Nice and quiet. The staff was pleasant and helpful. My room was clean and most importantly, the bathroom was clean. Newk’s Deli is next door and there are plenty of other restaurants nearby. All in all, I would recommend considering this place if you’re visiting.

Because they intentionally didn't give me a receipt upon check out because they wanted to charge me a smoking fee of 250 dollars for smoking in the room in which I never did.
