Friendly Environment

Everything was fine.

All in all property was very nice.

Clean, convenient and easy.

There was a musty smell in the room that you notice immediately. No one came in to make our bed or change or towels (the very basics). This hotel was conveniently located to the people we were visiting. And we will not choose this hotel in the future. Breakfast was just Okay and chose cereal (best choice).

The breakfast was the high point. It was hot and cooked by someone who had experience. The room was not maintained, design well, or cleaned. The wi fi didn’t work. The toilet’s pieces didn’t fit together. The towels were not refreshed. The mattress was horrible. It was like sleeping on an asphalt road. I only saw one staff member in five days.

I got to the hotel for my check in 10 minutes till three. It was a quarter after four almost before I finally got in my room. The girl at the front desk said that my confirmation number that was emailed to me and texted to me I guess from a second party, Wasn’t the confirmation number that she needed and she treated me like I had done something wrong after contacting the Hilton number three times. I finally got a room right down the hall from the front desk across the hall from the Maid’s storage room where they were in and out and in and out and pushing a button keypad. All in all the stay was average, but something needs to be done about club members or any guests renting rooms over the Internet and being sent to third party people. This should’ve been able to have been rectified very quickly with my confirmation email and text to top it off. I wasn’t offered anything for my time. A number of friends who I’ve spoken to have said that I should’ve at least been given a free night or something. Please fix this.
