I stayed in the 4th floor. The elevator call button did not work. I had to walk downstairs for my entire stay. My room was not clean. Even upon request. The door needed to be vacuumed, the room had ants, the coffee machine and refrigerator both did not work.

Bed was comfortable. Our door looked like someone had tried to break into it before & the security lock didn’t work as it had been damaged. Also the shower handle was coming out the wall. Food was left in the fridge.
