We liked everything but the person checking us in mid afternoon on a Wednesday. She never smiled or acted welcoming. Very business like with no smile and curt reply’s. We’ve stayed two times in different weeks and it was the same person both times. Same reaction both times. Needs a personality update!

Got a room for 2 nights drove from Colorado to Arizona for a funeral the room smelled like dog urine carpet was very filthy, pool was dirty, ice machine didn't work. ask for a refund so I could try to find a different hotel I was told no because we already stayed one night again we already drove 9 hours to get there for a funeral so we just needed rest. My friends rented me a room at Holiday Inn & I left the Hilton the second day without getting a refund Holiday Inn was very nice & very clean. So when I left the Hilton I told the lady we were leaving & she said she put my info in a file & put it under the managers door still no refund

Rooms are very nice. Beds & pillows extremely comfortable. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Property well maintained. We especially appreciated the hot breakfast. Omlettes, breakfast meat, hard boiled eggs, freshly made oatmeal & make-your-own waffles, to name just a few. Yum😋 A great stay!
