Lindy went over and above to make our stay special.
The whole area was occupied because of the auto races and baseball. We had just driven three hours and had no place to stay. Lindy accommodated us with a room but also for the second night.

ENJOYABLE EXPERIENCE VIA HILTON/HAMPTON INN IN SURPRISE, AZ.
Our extended stay in the Hampton Inn in Surprise was delightful. The staff was exceptional and made you feel you were home when away from home. The premises and hotel were immaculate and the service was great. We were especially impressed with Paula, Manager at the desk. She went out of her way to make our stay unique and a real treat. Hilton and the Hampton Inn are fortunate to have this employee representing them. We will return again because of her. PS: The only problem was adjusting the room to a suitable temperature as it ran too cool or warm. PS.
