Clean hotel, kind staff, easy parking.
I appreciate when checking in how the staff member didn’t announce what room number I was staying in, but rather told me it was inside the key folder I was given. Everything was very clean, laid out well and I appreciated the different kinds of snacks/drinks for sale in the lobby. Parking was easy.
Best Hotel Near UPike Campus
From the first person I met at check-in to very clean room and excellent breakfast (coffee too) I knew I chose the best place to stay in Pikeville. The location was great to walk around downtown and the UPike campus. I felt safe traveling alone as well!
It was comfy.
Very friendly and helpful staff. The front desk attendant was awesome. Derrick I think was his name.

The hotel is in a great location with a very warm and welcoming staff. Our room and the hotel were very clean and the gals working the kitchen were especially kind.
