The front desk staff was very helpful and the breakfast had a lot of options from which to choose. Rooms were clean and the hotel was quiet and it was easy walking distance to the Ruth’s Chris steakhouse in the adjoining Hilton.

The mirror closet door fell off a hinge and nearly hit my kid, found old cigarettes behind the bed, the tub needed to be reglazed desperately. Something happened so we had to go next door for breakfast (the hotels are attached so not a huge issue). All ice machines were broken except the ones on 1 and 6.

The room had contact lenses someone had stuck in the shower and weren’t cleaned up when the previous occupants left. Expedia showed a hot tub in the picture of the pool area and there was no hot tub. The room with the pool was SO cold. There was no heat at all and the kids were so excited couldn’t even swim because it was so cold in the room. It was a let down.

The negative part of my experience was that we didn’t have a signal on the tv for hours. We asked for a late checkout on our last day and we were denied. I feel like they could have granted us the late checkout due to the tv not having a signal for hours.

The breakfast in the morning with great! Also the dest staff was super nice and i really like the lady at night she was super sweet and very helpful. I would definitely recommend the stay!!

The hotel is old and needs updating. Beds were comfortable. Heat was unable to adjust. Chair in room had stains all over it and toilet paper holder was falling off the wall.
