The hotel is very dated.
After staying in the Hampton Inn in Walton Georgia the night before, the hotel in Perry was very disappointing. We will not stay there again.

Heater went out in middle of night so room was too cold

Initial assigned room heater did not work. The on duty attended was very courteous and immediately assigned us another room.
Upon checking out, the on duty attendant declined to provide/print me with a receipt citing she was not allowed to give that information out nor give me a receipt due to me having booked a “Third Party”
So my overall experience ended badly.

We love Hampton Inns but this one lacked maintenance, updates and cleaning. It could be one of the best options around if given that attention.

Our room smelled so bad of mold, it knocked you in the face as soon as you walked in. We had some friends also stay a few rooms down from us, and their room smelled heavily of mold too.
