The guy who checked us in was no help out all. Was in a rush it seemed like even though no one else was in line. Then didn't answer the phone when we asked for sheets for the second bed. We called twice and went down. The room was 77 degrees when we got in and took 1 to 2 hours to cool down. Breakfast options were not great. The guy who checked us out asked how things were and he kind of brushed us off when we complained as well

It is a wonderful experienc to stay at this hotel. It is close to PU, and convenient to go to grocery store. Room is great, TV with a lot of program, working space and parking lot are plenty. The only improvement could be the tertle style elevator.
