We were evacuated from our home for wildfire and the staff here have been nothing short of incredible. They have been flexible, compassionate, and provided kindness during chaos.

There was no upfront information that stated that there would be another room charge for deposit. I would have thought that the usual deposit for amenities would have been less. There was also nothing stating in town rentals are different from out-of-town rentals. I don't think rentals should have origination qualifiers based on driver's license. Breakfast times should be adhered to and not shorten by a half an hour. One more item to note; if there is a parking fee it should be noted.

Steve the hotel manager is super awesome and with the friendly and hard working staff they definitely deserve a renovation upgrade to match their hospitality. Give them raises Hampton/Hilton, the people of Pueblo and tourist from all over the USA deserve it! GOD bless!

This property is not well maintained.
Ceiling not fixed from a leek in the breakfast area.
Dirt on the wire shelves in the closet, dirt on the bathroom walls. I think it is for workers not families on vacation.

The hotel has definitely seen better days. Doors were broken, the bathroom was dirty and the AC didn’t work. Definitely wouldn’t stay there alone.

It was a good stay and the pool and breakfast were good. We did have to go to the front desk for towels for the pool. This is a nice motel but could use a little work. The parking lot could use a little cleaning. I usually hold a Hampton to a higher level.
