I have stayed in this hotel before. As always, it was a very nice, comfortable, well kept hotel in a great location. Jelena, a front desk clerk, is in particular a delightful person to deal with. HOWEVER, the charges are nothing short of scandalous. The hotel room was cited at a reasonable $112.60 per night. The actual total charge for three nights, however, was $567.08, or nearly $190 per night. The extra charges added almost SEVENTY PERCENT to the cost of the room! There is no explanation for the extra charges and fees that were added. This is a scandalous thing to do to people, particularly loyal customers, who in a hurry assume they are dealing with a legitimate company and do not need to read the fine print of the booking. For shame! Buyers beware; I personally will not stay at this hotel again if the situation is not remedied!

A clean and nice hotel.

Everything was great except the shower. The shower was awful. No water pressure. The shower barely turned on. The faucet wasn’t connected to wall so it just flopped around while trying to turn the shower on. The shower curtain bar was broken and so the curtain wouldn’t stay closed. I don’t usually find myself to be a shower snob but it was just that bad that I felt I needed to review it.

No one at the front desk. I even called several times after 10 minutes the front desk person appeared. She saw my pets charged me an outrageous additional charge of $70. Won’t stay here again.

Nice place

I liked that it was close to Thanksgiving Point. Service was good. The room was unappealing, and the bathroom was dingy and worn. The shower door was dirty on the bottom, and the painting was sloppily done from the floor to the base of the shower. The vent on the bathroom wall was rusting. The room was bland, and had a big blank wall that could have used some artwork. The breakfast was so-so.
