The room & bathroom were clean. Shampoo bottle was missing/no tissue paper/no hair dryer. The window latch was broken & were on the ground level. It was late when we found out, so we kept the room. My 2 daughters legs were bitten by bed bugs. I felt something bit me too on my foot before I fell asleep. Internet was not working when one of us tried to get connected. Not worth the nightly rate I paid.

This property is finishing up a refresh. Just a few items to go. Location is in a business park. Not a lot around but the staff and customer service are excellent! Breakfast dining staff was diligent, kind and smiling. The manager Nick Scott made a point to follow up with me on a couple of minor issues. His follow thru and attentiveness was impressive ina world that often feels as though customer service is dead and gone. So appreciative for that! I’ll be back.

Very clean hotel. Convenient to my course. Nice room. Friendly and competent staff. breakfast was included with some variety and good. Coffee was pretty good. I appreciated having cold filtered water to drink and a small gym. Tv worked without issues. My only compliants are that the bed was a bit too soft and I could hear the woman in the room next door.
