Excellent customer service beginning to end.
I was looking for a place to stay in Summerville WV, somewhere pet friendly. Lucky for me I called the Hampton. I was looking for a first floor room near a door to allow me to take my dog out. I was accommodated. Room as always at a Hampton, clean and neat. At departure around 5:00 a.m. I went to turn in my keys and get a coffee for my trip and I was greeted by a very lovely individual. After a brief chat she handed me a little breakfast bag. Wonderful stay, I’ll certainly make this my regular stop returning from my Florida home.

Quiet, friendly, easy check in, clean.
Everyone was friendly. Very quiet. Room was very clean. Breakfast was well stocked with many choices and hot. Will stay there again and tell others about it.
