We had the best experience at your hotel. The ladies at the front desk were wonderful and so sweet. Our room with the view of the arch was fantastic and the room was very clean and smelled great. We would stay again.

Amazing Family Vacation
My family and I stayed here for an our mini weekend getaway and I’m so impressed with this property. Upon arrival, Natalia welcomed us. I have never met a more friendly, welcoming, professional and just absolutely amazing front desk attendant. I give this property a 20/10 because of her. She welcomed my family and made us feel right at home. She also told us about several local places that she thought our family would enjoy. Our room was clean and spacious. Our beds were comfortable. The pool and game room area were my children’s favorite places of course! It was perfect for our family. The breakfast was hot and fresh. They had a variety of options. Parking was a breeze as well.
The service was phenomenal.
The service desk teller was incredibly helpful, she was highly knowledgeable in the area. Helpful with ordering dinner to be delivered she was just great.
Excellent
The game started at 3:15. No rooms were ready for early check in, but they let us park at the hotel and walk to the game. The staff at the front desk to the security officer outside they were so nice and helpful. Super nice and accommodating. Parking is easy it’s self park in a secured parking garage. Room was clean and exceeded our needs. We stay here for game nights and we love it. It is also pet friendly.

Staff was super friendly. I felt safe there. It just is a very old building and it wasn’t extremely clean and it was kind of annoying because they were letting somebody play loud music in the lobby when we were checking in on their phone. The breakfast was just OK. It was worth it for the price. The view of the arch was amazing. Just a very old building that needs updated.
