Convenient to event site and Lyft service came in 6 minutes.

Everything was great, staff was great, the room was good.

The rooms are large and comfortable. The staff have been very helpful and friendly.

Was under construction at the moment

The disposable cups in our room were used and we didn’t notice until it was too late and we were drinking out of them. It was a gross moment in our overall good stay.

The rooms are pretty spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The whole esthetics of the building is great. The area is quiet and good location.

Peaceful, nice staff

Was pretty disappointed. I had originally booked my hotel stay for 11/28-12/1 and I just wanted to change the dates to 11/27-11/30 which were the same amount of days. Hotels.com called and spoke to a Rianne (sp) and she approved a one time cancellation waiver so I could edit the dates. Well….Hampton Inn didn’t honor their word and ended up charging me 147.00 anyways even though I still kept my reservation for the same amount of days. Hotels.com called again and spoke to a different manager when I noticed the charge and they went back on their word. This will definitely impact me choosing Hampton Inn again. The customer service I experienced regarding this situation was horrible. I could totally understand if I canceled my whole trip or changed the amount of days but that wasn’t the case.

Very clean and quiet. Comfortable beds and pillows.
