Desk staff was outstanding
Desk staff saw my husband trying to push my wheelchair and transport all our belongings to the car. She left the desk and came to the car and helped load everything into the car, including the wheelchair! An amazing gift from God!

The remote was broken , the card key to my room stop working at 10pm before i had to check out the next day , i asked in front desk for towels never got them and i paid 381 for one night !

The hotel should not be in operation. It is past run down. Carpets filthy, mold in shower, hole in the shower cieling, broken mirror glass in room. Bathroom floor filthy made my towel black. Breakfast was subpar, no plates. Towels did not have enough had to wait until laundry was done and then they were stained a ragged.

Lobby area and breakfast very clean and nice. Pool area could use some updating, water was extremely cold, not well insulated windows/doors, ceiling vents rusted and unsightly. Carpet in the rooms was absolutely filthy I was afraid to put my kids on the floor it turned their feet and knees black, the hanging mirror was broken badly cracked in several places, ac worked well but made weird noises.

The air conditioning in our room was not working. The lady at the desk promised us a new room when we came back from eating, then tried to say there was no manager. When my husband asked her if she would have her family stay in a hotel room that was humid and 78-80 degrees, she called the police on him.
