My experience was great I enjoyed my visit
Jona the front desk office manager was great,she made sure all of my needs were met. Also Aileen was extremely professional and made sure that my wife and I had everything we needed. I am looking forward to my next visit at this hotel.
We had 10 rooms and were taken care of very well
Stayed at the Hampton Inn at Chicago Midway for our bi annual USC vs Notre Dame football game. the hotel is a very convenient location for all of our activities Golf, Hockey Game, Football Game and Dinners.

My stay at the Hampton Inn in Chicago was a mix of good and bad. The first two days were fine — clean room, everything worked well. But on the third day, things went downhill. I was trying to sleep in before a late engagement, but housekeeping kept knocking, even after my husband told them I was in the shower and to come back later. Instead of leaving, they stayed outside our door talking loudly in Spanish, which felt rude and intrusive. We asked for fresh towels and got them, but they didn’t clean the room that day — or the next. The front desk staff also didn’t come across as friendly or helpful. Overall, I expected better service and more respect for privacy. Not the worst experience, but definitely not the best.
Mediocre
I try to always stay at Hampton Inns when traveling, mostly in the Shawnee, KS area. This one near Chicago Midway airport is by far the most expensive I have ever stayed at. The room was okay, except there was no remote control for the television. The front desk had to call for maintenance to bring a remote. I really like the breakfast served at other Hampton's, but this one for some reason had a bland sausage patty and no muffins. It's okay though because I can't foresee ever needing to stay there again.
