Friendly staff, clean room and a good breakfast. This location is near Midway Airport in Chicago. Really good restaurants if you're looking to eat local fare. Hampton Inn continues to be my preferred hotel stay.
Stranded
The staff and amenities were perfect for our needs having been stranded in Chicago. Hotel is close to Midway Airport and shuttle service just often and efficient. Hotel staff friendly, professional and very helpful. They even supplied us with toothpaste and brushes, a razor and shaving cream since our luggage was at the airport. Plenty of eatery close by. Thank you for the rescue!

An employee at the hotel set me to take a
Car service by his friend who threw my luggage on the curb. When I looked at my account all my money was taken off my Cash App. I reported the incident to the hotel. The employee at the front was not interested and said she had a guest to tend to and hung up in my face!
