The staff was pleasant and the breakfast was good.
four days without room cleaning.
In the four days of our stay st the hotel the room was never cleaned including the trash in the wastebaskets. Bed was never made and the bathroom not cleaned at all. If this is the service offered in the Hampton Inns you can be sure that this is my last booking in any of them.

Not a good experience.
We arrived around 10:00pm on Thursday March 6,2025. Initially order three pillows Only one was delivered. Next day Friday we had breakfast. It was ok. We left around 11:00am and came late night, finding that the room was exactly as when we left in the morning. As of today Sunday March 9, no body clean the room or made the bed, nor empty the trash. With that lousy cleaning service I will never, ever stay at a Hampton Inn nor recommend a friend or an enemy to stay at their facilities.

Stuck in Fairhope during snow storm. The room was comfortable and clean. The desk staff very pleasant. Breakfast in the morning was perfect. Thank you.

We were promised a happy hour upon booking this stay. This hotel no longer provides a happy hour. In the past we’ve stayed at this hotel and the happy hour was available.
Wonderful Hotel
This hotel is in the center of Fairhope and right where we need to be. Our staff was wonderful and accommodating!
