Location is easy to find, near shopping. Room was clean and spacious. Toiletry selection had great shampoo and conditioner and soap. Food and beverage amenities were very good. Appreciate bagged "to go" meals at front counter.

Our favorite hotel in the Hibbing area. The staff were excellent which is hard to find these days. We had a lost item after check out, they actually looked for it, called me back to say they didn’t find it in our room. Then several hours later called me again and said they found it in the commons area! Wow! Great customer service from check in to check out. Thank you!

It’s a nice place to stay for an evening. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was it said it had a bar. (Staying with a couple girlfriends) It really isn’t a bar. They shouldn’t be able to say it’s a bar. You can buy a wine or beer from the front desk until 10pm. Pretty lame and I would have stayed someplace walkable had I known this is what they meant by “bar”.

This hotel is one of the cleanest and well hotels we have stayed in for a very long time! Daily room service was awesome! Just like the old days! Fabulous staff! Great breakfast! I would start there every time! We wish more hotels were like this one!
