What a pleasant stay
Timmy made our stay perfect. Very helpful, professional, knowledgeable and kind. He even helped us ladies look for an item we found later. We usually stay with friends and family. I think maybe now we will stay at Hampton Inn. Many tks Timmy.

Beyond my expectations
The staff performed duties, including customer care, with excellence. Breakfast satisfied three of us for three mornings. I would stay here again.

We visit Poplar Bluff to visit my husbands Army buddy. I love staying at your hotel. Staff is friendly, rooms are always clean and comfortable. The breakfast is great! And the young man I’ve visited with while at breakfast is an amazing employee ! I missed his name but I look for him every time!

It was really noisy. We were on the 2nd floor and there was a baby shower taking place in one of the meeting rooms. The bass on the music was extremely loud it was vibrating our room. Also the lady in the room next to us was talking so loud we could hear every word she said and she was in the room with us. We wondered if the door on her side for an adjoining room was open.

This hotel is a class act. The room was great (and large!). The staff at the desk when I checked in and some help I needed the next morning were wonderful. I was surprised that the room was not considerably more expensive.
