Breakfast great, 24/7 coffee and tea excellent. Rooms cozy, had a door to outside patio, wonderful. Staff is superb, always a greeting when you went outside, back inside.

Absolutely loved our room.

To check in we waited in line for a long time because the front desk personnel wanted to talk and make jokes with guess. The sensor to unlock the door wasn’t working so we had to go back, so they send maintenance and he couldn’t fix it so they had to change the room. Pillows were very uncomfortable.

Hotel was nice. Had a room with king bed and sofa sleeper. I expected to ask for towels asost don't come in room daily anymore. But each day they made bed, gave new towels and emptied garbage. Except last day not sure why so I asked for some towels. Trolley stop right there. Easy walk to the parkway. Pool was so- so. Found out hit tub was outside and it was cold out but hot tub was great and we had it to ourselves. TV out there and little firepit too. Just be sure you have your key card out there. Daily breakfast was fine, didn't like eggs with cheese but it's not every day. Typical hotel breakfast which I'm fine with. Staff was good about refilling food. Downside was one tiny room for laundry, one washer & dryer. I would stay again.

The staff was great and respectful, mostly quiet and enjoyable. Also within walking distance to shops and restaurants when it wasn’t raining. The only thing I didn’t care for is that our room had a lot of ladybugs in it but other than that, it was a great stay.

We complained numerous times about barking dogs waking us up at 7:30 a.m. and people next door making noise until 3 a.m. Horrible experience! Won't be back!
