We very much enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit areas. They were located along the running creek, which added to the ambience. The other guests were very nice as well. The room was large and comfortable, and the AC worked well.

It’s hard to find parking space at night. Additionally, the hotel stay does not include parking lot in the price. You have to pay to park your car at the hotel. 54 dollars for 2 night when businesses charge 20 per day

The hotel was in a great location. We hiked the Twin Creeks Trail the first day there which was just a short walk from the hotel. The hotel was just a short walk from the shops in downtown Gatlinburg but far enough to feel like you were away from the busyness of downtown. Also, great staff!

Clean hotel that is a short walk right to downtown Gatlinburg. Trolly stops right out front to take you around town absolutely free. The breakfast was decent, coffee was fresh. Unfortunately due to unexpected circumstances we had to end our stay early and Samantha at the front desk was very kind in assisting with the checkout and explaining how to possibly get a refund since we booked through a 3rd party site. We are already planning on coming back next year and staying at the same hotel.
