The room and beddings are clean. Staff are very helpful. Breakfast has a lot of varieties everyday. Breakfast staff always clean the food area. Airconditioning is a bit loud when running but overall , no issues.

I did not feel safe at this property! Upon arrival around 9pm, and I was a si glue woman traveling g, there were homeless people outside whose were drunk and one was being attended to by the EMS. In the lobby was another man who appeared to be homeless with a very large aggressive looking dog arguing with the front desk person. This front desk person had piercings everywhere and tattoos everywhere. She certainly was not business attire. I got my room key and there was no security measure in place to only allow guests up the elevators.. anyone could follow me up. I went straight to the room aw secured the door and did lot leave until morning when it just so happen my husband called and he had an emergency at work And had to have hand surgery to save his finger. Neither the hotel nor Expedia are willing to give me two nights stay that I prepaid back!! This is very poor customer service!!!! I will not be using this sight for hotels bookings again.
