Lack of adjoining rooms!
Again, when I made my reservation (second time in one month) I requested two adjoining rooms (one handicap for my 82 year old sister). Again, when I checked in, adjoining rooms were not available. Also, twice when my sister was attempting to shower, there was an insect in the shower. One time a cleaning lady came in and removed it. The second time, a cleaning lady removed it and sprayed an insecticide in the shower. Then when my sister tried to shower the floor was slippery. Fortunately, she did not fall! Smoking should not be allowed outside the front doors by guests or employees!

The property was beautiful and complete with pool, fitness center and excellent breakfast. My only concern was when an unattended dog was continuously barking at 3:30 PM in the afternoon for at least 30 minutes, when I called the front desk and talked to the employee there, they told me that there was nothing they could do to help the situation. To me, that was unacceptable. They would allow an unattended barking dog to impact other guests when the room number of the occupant was known, the party was known, and their phone number was known. Obviously, they did not want to respond to the complaint.

The room was fine and breakfast was good.The shower had some mold and the spray nozzle didn't operate well at all. Also, the bed wasn't made anytime during my 3 day stay.

The room was clean but they forgot to put towels in the barhroom. The shower was big and I liked the soap on the walls with the shampoo and conditioner. The bed was nice. The pool was small. They did not have ABC where tte basketball game was on. The person at the desk did not know if they had ABC or not. The breakfast was not good for vegetarians because they had meat but they had plenty to eat. The staff was helpful though.
