Hampton Inns have always been my go to. Clean, convenient and free breakfast! My room was great. Staff was very friendly and ensured my stay was top notch. From the front desk staff, to housekeeping, to the host at the breakfast, everyone very accommodating.

Cancellation policy
Due to weather related issues I had to cancel my reservation. Within four days, I was able to transferred the refund to my bank account. This was a great relief and I definitely will make reservations at Hampton Inn Livonia on future visits to the Detroit area.
